Ecological Train

History

In the year 1931 in the city of Cuernavaca opened an amusement park called Chapultepec, which since its inception offered the community natural areas of family recreation. In 1960 the park received a major refurbishment. Irrigation canals were made to crops in the south of the city. Various facilities were built, of which some of the most important are: theaterpyramid, El Pueblito Place, Lake and some shops. Years later it was given in concession operation of the park, which openedits doors under the name Magic Jungle. Because it offered little innovation, the park deteriorated and the project was completed a few years later. On December 24, 2001, the Government of the State of Morelos State Commissiondirected the Water and Environment (CEAMA), start a new project.
